Project Brief
The goal was to improve Brax’s online presence by migrating their website from Squarespace to WordPress, resolving technical issues that slowed down workflow, and ensuring the site was optimized for performance, stability, and lead generation.
Challenges:
- The site was originally hosted on Squarespace with limited flexibility and performance issues.
- Elementor was lagging due to a conflict with RankMath SEO, making it difficult to edit and update the site.
- Forms were not properly capturing leads, resulting in missed opportunities.
- Hosting resources were limited and struggling to keep up with updates and site growth.
Solutions:
- Migrated the website from Squarespace to WordPress for improved flexibility and scalability.
- Identified the SEO plugin that causes Elementor to lag and replaced it with a more stable SEO plugin.
- Fixed lead capture by ensuring all forms integrated correctly, allowing data to flow smoothly.
- Upgraded hosting and storage capacity to support site performance and future growth.
Project Idea
The idea behind this project was to give Brax a modern, reliable, and growth-ready website that worked seamlessly for both users and the internal team. By focusing on performance, stability, and lead generation, I ensured the site not only represented their premium brand but also functioned as an effective business tool.
Result.
The project successfully transformed Brax’s digital presence. After the migration to WordPress and hosting upgrades, the website became faster, more stable, and easier to manage. Lead forms were fully functional, resulting in more consistent inquiries from customers. By resolving the SEO plugin conflict, editing workflows improved significantly, allowing smoother content updates. Overall, the new setup positioned Brax with a professional, scalable, and lead-generating platform that reflects their premium brand.
